On the ground floor, with panoramic windows, there is an open lounge area with access to the terrace, a wood-burning stove with a cast-iron oven and grill for cooking, a utility kitchen, utility room, and workshop. The hall on the ground floor has sliding wall-doors, allowing the indoor space to merge with the outdoors, making it warm and comfortable at any time of the year.
